Q2 2020 Recap: Parolees in DuPage County convicted of crimes involving conspiracy or aiding and abetting

There was an offender convicted of a crime involving conspiracy or aiding and abetting released on parole in DuPage County during the second quarter of 2020, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by the DuPage Policy Journal.

The data shows that the released offender was a woman. She was convicted in 2019 when she was 28 years old. She is now 30.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
