Maura Hirschauer claims victory in House District 49, thanks supporters

Democrat Maura Hirschauer claimed victory in her bid for House District 49. 

Hirschauer thanks her supporters for their part. 

“Thank you #TeamMaura! Thank you for your votes, donations, volunteer hours, and support. This campaign has never been about one person or one issue. It is about each and every one of us; our dreams, and our vision for the future. Tonight I go to sleep with a grateful heart and wishes for a peaceful tomorrow,” Hirschauer said in a Facebook post.
