Lowest regular gas price in DuPage County hits $3.69 for week ending July 18

In the week ending July 18, one gas station in DuPage County sold regular gas at the lowest reported price of $3.69 per gallon, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.

The average reported price of regular gas across the county was $4.11 per gallon.

DuPage County had 244 of 260 reported gas stations offering regular gas.

For comparison, the average price of regular gas in Illinois was $4.10 per gallon for the week ending July 18, up from the previous week.

Drivers in the United States have faced volatile gas prices in recent years as global oil markets reacted to wars, sanctions, refinery outages and shifting fuel demand.
