In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $20,998.46, which is 1.75% of the sale price of the home.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were five registered voters residing at 17 S Park Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Laura Nelson, 38, Douglas D. Nelson, 67, Mary T. Nelson, 66, Alexander Nelson, 32, and Kirstin T. Nelson, 37.
