Kate Gross tallies 5 assists as Chicago Maroons fall 57-52 to NYU Violets

Kate Gross, a standout alumna from Downers Grove North High School, took the floor Sunday, Feb. 22, as the Chicago Maroons were edged 57-52 by the NYU Violets.

The senior guard, who stands 5′10″, added 3 points, 5 assists and 1 rebound across 27 minutes on the court.

Looking ahead for Gross: Chicago travels to play the Washington Bears on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 3 p.m.
