On Oct. 5, Gerbs Re 17 LLC purchased a home at 410 Woodgate Court, Willowbrook from Khan (trust) for $425,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $9,119.32, which is 2.15% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in Willowbrook as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Concetta Caputo, 85, was the only registered voter residing at 410 Woodgate Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
