On Sept. 3, Harry Mathur sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 250 Troy Lane, Lombard to Faiz Nayeemuddin and Sana Fatima for $325,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $7,791.92, 2.4% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Lombard so far in September 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were seven registered voters residing at 250 Troy Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Staniel Rae Harralston, 40, Deanna L. Buck, 46, Breanna Barnes, Darla M. Harralston, 59, Teddy L. Harralston, 61, Robert Joseph Buck, 42, and Jeremy J. Sugrue, 34.
