Downers Grove North standout Jude Warwick’s Lakeland Flying Tigers beat Palm Beach Cardinals 7-1 on Tuesday, June 30

On Tuesday, June 30, at 6:30 p.m., the Lakeland Flying Tigers — the current team of former Downers Grove North High School standout Jude Warwick — beat the Palm Beach Cardinals 7-1 in a MiLB game.
The game took place at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium. It was the seventh meeting between the teams this season, and the Flying Tigers trailed 2-5 in the season series against the Cardinals.
Warwick went 1-for-4, scored 2 runs, drew 1 walk, struck out 1 time and left 3 runners on base.
The Flying Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, July 1, at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium against the Lakeland Flying Tigers.
