The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $11,144.36, 2.59% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 5, 2013 for $260,000.

So far in September 2021, seven properties sold in Bloomingdale.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Christopher Swan has been registered to vote since 2013.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 274 Redwing Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gina Swan, 39, and Christopher Swan, 39.
