1043 DuPage County residents 80 or older test positive for COVID-19
As of October 2, there have been 1,043 DuPage County residents 80 years of age and older who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.
There have been 29,109 residents 80 and older in the county who had been tested, meaning that three percent of those tested have the coronavirus. Through October 2, there have been 18,021 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 566 deaths from the coronavirus in DuPage County.
