Winston-Salem Dash, whose roster includes Downers Grove North standout George Wolkow, lose 11-3 to Asheville Tourists on Tuesday, July 7

On Tuesday, July 7, at 6:35 p.m., the Winston-Salem Dash, the current team of former Downers Grove North High School standout George Wolkow, fell 11-3 to the Asheville Tourists in a MiLB game.
The game was played at HomeTrust Park. It was the seventh meeting between the teams this season, with the Dash holding a 5-2 advantage in the season series against the Tourists.
Wolkow went 2-for-4, scored one run, recorded two RBIs, struck out once and left one runner on base.
The Dash's next game is scheduled for Wednesday, July 8, at HomeTrust Park against the Tourists.
