Notice of a Public Hearing is hereby given that on Monday, April 22, 2019 at 6:30 P. M., a Special Board Meeting will be held in the Village of Addison, Village Hall, at 1 Friendship Plaza, Addison, Illinois, for the following variations of the Village of Addison Sign Ordinance. A variation of Section 27-504 (G)(2) to allow two illuminated wall signs totaling approximately 54 sq. ft. when only one wall sign is permitted per major street front exposure not to exceed 60 sq. ft. This site is located in a B-3, General Service District. The name of the business is Addison Pharmacy. This property is commonly referred to as 414 West Lake Street, Addison Illinois. The P.I.N. for this site is 03-20-415- 030. Testimony regarding this matter may be presented at the public hearing. Published in Daily Herald April 12, 2019 (4522546), posted 04/12/2019.
