In Wheaton, an event is set to assist motorists in updating their IPASS technology from plastic transponders to new stickers. State Senator Seth Lewis (R-Bartlett) and State Representative Amy Grant (R-Wheaton) are collaborating with the Illinois Tollway for this initiative.

The event will take place on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at the Mary Lubko Center. Officials from the Illinois Tollway will be present to facilitate the transition to sticker technology and address any questions regarding IPASS accounts and 'Pay by Plate' issues.

The new sticker tags can be used on the Illinois tollway and E-Z Pass roadways in other states within 24 hours of activation. The $10 transponder deposit previously paid will transfer to the new account upon activation.

For further details, contact State Representative Amy Grant’s District Office at 331-218-4182.

State Representative Amy Grant is serving her fourth term in the General Assembly. Her district includes communities such as Naperville, Warrenville, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Lisle, Carol Stream, Bartlett, West Chicago, Winfield, and Wayne.
