Recommended Action:   Information/Discussion Only

2. An Ordinance Appointing a Property Maintenance Inspector and to Approve and Authorize the Execution of the Consultant Services Agreement for the City of Oakbrook Terrace.

Recommended Action: If the Council is in favor of the request, the draft resolution will be placed on the subsequent Consent Agenda for approval. 

3. An Ordinance Amending the Provisions of the Chapter 30 Entitled “General Provisions” of Title III Entitled “Administration” of the Code of Ordinances - City of Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.

Recommended Action: If the Council is in favor of the request, the draft resolution will be placed on the subsequent Consent Agenda for approval.
