On Sunday, April 27, former Lake Park High School standout Mia Giammarese’s current college team, the Benedictine Eagles, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Concordia Chicago Cougars.

The game took place at Kate Heidkamp Field. This was their second matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 30 at 3 p.m. at Alverno Softball Field against Alverno Inferno.
