State Representative Amy Grant from Wheaton, Illinois, has announced a series of summer and early fall events. These gatherings aim to connect residents with state services and resources while providing family-friendly activities.
“These events are all about building community and delivering real value to the people I serve,” said Rep. Grant. “Whether it’s checking for unclaimed property, learning about state programs, or enjoying time with family, I hope to see you there.”
The event schedule includes:
- An Open House on June 26 in Wheaton at the new district office shared by Rep. Grant and Senator Lewis.
- An IPASS Event on July 16 in Wheaton at the Mary Lubko Center with representatives from Illinois Tollway.
- An ICASH Event on August 27 in Warrenville where attendees can check for unclaimed money from the State Treasurer’s Office.
- A Senior Resource Fair on August 28 in Wheaton offering free resources and information for seniors and caregivers.
- A Children’s Safety Expo on September 13 in Bloomingdale featuring exhibits and emergency vehicles.
- A Disability Resource Fair on September 18 in Carol Stream focusing on services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
