Great to meet with a representative from the Morton Arboretum to talk about the importance of tree conservation, healthy open spaces, and how we can work together to protect Illinois’ natural landscapes for future generations.

Trees play a critical role in improving air quality, managing stormwater, and supporting biodiversity in our communities. I appreciated the thoughtful conversation and the work the Arboretum is doing to educate, inspire, and lead on conservation efforts across the state.
