State Representative Amy Grant (il) | Representative Amy L. Grant (R) 47th District
Yesterday, Representative Grant welcomed Julie Bickelhaupt to the House Floor. Bickelhaupt is a participant in The Lincoln Series, which is known as the premier leadership development program for Republican women in Illinois.
The Lincoln Series aims to prepare and empower more women to run for office and serve in various governmental and political roles. It offers unique Leadership and Empowerment tracks, providing women throughout the state with the necessary tools, knowledge, and a statewide network to help them become effective leaders.
"Julie is a shining example of the kind of talent and dedication that The Lincoln Series cultivates, and I am proud to welcome her to the Capitol today," said Representative Grant.
He further encouraged the community to acknowledge and appreciate Bickelhaupt's efforts and also recognized The Lincoln Series for its role in inspiring future Republican women leaders.
