Illinois grapples with ethics issues as Sen. Jones' trial approaches

Another corruption trial is set to commence in Illinois, highlighting the ongoing ethics issues in the state. "As another corruption trial begins in Illinois, it's clear to everyone (except our Democrat colleagues it seems) that we have a real ethics problem in our state. We have to act now to end the culture of corruption that has plagued Illinois for far too long."

State Sen. Emil Jones III faces a bribery trial scheduled to start 2 ½ years after his indictment.
