• Alderman Hill announced vehicle stickers are on sale and proof of military service discounts the sticker to $1. Alderman Hill also has inquired about services to residents in need and City Manager Grabowski followed up with the information: Dupage PADS for homeless 866-682-3846, EPD Social Worker at policeinfo@elmhurst.org, and 988 for emergency need.

Alderman Hill pulled item 5.7 from the consent agenda. Alderman Sinko moved to accept the consent agenda minus item 5.7. Alderman Nardini seconded.

5.7 Alderman Brennan moved to accept the report. Alderman Nardini seconded. Alderman Brennan explained the grants and funding of the report. Alderman Hill pulled the report to vote present as he is an employee at the university. Alderman Irby inquired about income requirements on the matrix. Alderman Bram questioned a couple organizations in continuing the grant funding in the future but supports the community grant program. Alderman Brennan commented on how the program has evolved over the years, the intent of the program, and set the right expectations based on the criteria. Alderman Nardini agrees with chair Brennan, added the explanation that the need to see financials didn't prevent any new applicant from applying. Both Alderman Nardini and Brennan explained how the requirements leave the emotion out of it. Alderman Irby added in that Elmhurst Legion didn't apply due to financials not being ready in time for the deadline.

6. Reports and Recommendations of Appointed and Elected Officials
Mayor Levin announced the parade this Saturday 3/8 at noon.
City Manager Grabowski announced spring cleanup dates for Wednesday collections will be on 4/12, for Thursday collections will be on 4/26 and for Friday collections will be on 5/3. Elmhurst Lions Club Pizza Party this Saturday 3/8 at Sandburg at 5pm, $10pp or $40 max per family.

8. Adjournment - Alderman Nardini moved to adjourn the meeting. Alderman Bram seconded. A voice vote was taken. Motion passed unanimously.
