Retro license plate bill advances in Illinois legislature

State Representative Jennifer Sanalitro announced the advancement of HB3391, known as the retro license plate bill, which has successfully passed through the Transportation Committee. The bill now moves to the House Floor for a full vote.

“I’m pleased to announce we are one step closer to giving Illinois drivers the option of a classic, retro-style license plate," stated Sanalitro. "This legislation is a great way to celebrate our state’s history while giving drivers more personalization options. I look forward to continuing to move this legislation forward and seeing strong support as it progresses through the next step in the General Assembly.”
