In his tweet, he remarked: "I'm a U.S. manufacturer and a scientist, and as the lead Democrat on the House Subcommittee on Banking and Monetary Policy, I wish Scott Bessent well - but he’ll have to come up with something better than the same old Republican supply-side follies and tax cuts for the wealthy."
