Accept staff recommendation and approve a one-day waiver of the hours of operation restriction set forth in Section 3-2-14 of the City Code to authorize Twin Peaks to sell alcohol under its Class A2 license starting at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 13, 2024, with all other license conditions and restrictions to remain in full force and effect

B. Accept staff recommendation and direct the City Attorney to draft an ordinance amending the City Code to authorize the Liquor Commissioner to extend for periods not to exceed three hours the hours of operation during which alcohol may be sold or consumed on a licensed premises

C. Discussion of the 2024 Strategic Plan Action Objectives
