According to the report, the district expelled or suspended 52 students during the year. This equates to three percent of the 1,663 students enrolled.
Students were expelled for 30 incidents with violence that caused physical injury, four incidents with violence without physical injury, three incidents with alcohol and tobacco, three incidents with drugs.
The district reported that most in-school suspensions were given for violence with injury, of which there were 27. There were 10 incidents of unspecified reasons. For 38 incidents, students were suspended for one to two days.
Boy students received 35 suspensions, while 17 girls were suspended.
There were 52 elementary or middle school students suspended in 2021-22 school year.
The district reported that most out-of-school suspensions were given for violence with injury, of which there were three. There were three incidents of drug offense. For seven incidents, students were suspended for two to three days.
