Here is the agenda provided by the board:

CASE TOWNSHIP STATUS  

ZONING-24-000033 Haddad Downers Grove

1. Conditional Use for a Nursery/Greenhouse on less than 5  acres of land area (approximately 0.5  acres [24,703 sq. ft.] in size). 

2. Variation to reduce the lot size for two new lots from required 40,000 sq. ft. to approximately 28,812.34 sq. ft. for Parcel 1 and 24,703.13 sq. ft. for Parcel 2 (Nursery/Greenhouse). 

3. Variation to reduce the interior side setback for a Greenhouse from required 20 feet to approximately 0 feet. 

ZONING-24-000037 Frias Winfield Request to Continue to July 10,  2024 at 2:30 PM 

1. Conditional Use to allow an accessory housing unit to be detached. 

2. Conditional Use to allow an occupant of the detached accessory housing unit to be unrelated to the property owner and under sixty-two (62) years of age.
