Notably, she highlighted bills such as HB496, aimed at reducing taxes on school supplies, and HB5425, which provides a school levy exemption for senior citizens meeting specific criteria.

In a bid to support the motorcycling community, Rep. Sanalitro presented a bill in the House Transportation Committee that would expand specialty license plate options to include motorcycles. She emphasized the importance of offering motorcyclists a wider selection of license plates, similar to those available for regular cars.

Furthermore, Rep. Sanalitro has been actively involved in advocating for women's leadership and fighting against high property taxes in Illinois. She celebrated exceptional women leaders at the State Capitol and continues to push for lower tax burdens for suburban families in the state.

As part of efforts to enhance public safety, the Illinois State Police is increasing starting pay for new State Troopers, aiming to attract quality officers to serve the community. Rep.
