Villa Park taxpayers ranked 83rd in total sales taxes paid per municipality in April, according to Illinois tax records.

In total, Villa Park residents paid $966,605 in sales taxes during April.

Villa Park also ranked 83rd in the Prairie State the month before, with $814,770 spent in sales taxes.

The Municipal Sales Tax accounted for the largest share of sales taxes paid by Villa Park residents in April.
