7:30 AM meeting was called to order by Chair James Zay at 7:32 AM.

ABSENT: DeSart
Chairman Zay requested the Committee allow Member Nero and Member Yusuf to attend and vote remotely via Zoom. The motion was made by Member Brummel and seconded by Member Hinterlong. The motion passed with all ayes on a voice vote.
County Board Member Michael Childress was in attendance.
