6. PROCUREMENT REQUISITIONS

A. JPS-P-0032-23 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Insight Public Sector, Inc., for the purchase of 58 wireless access points, 12 switches and 26 interface cards to connect to the network, for the Sheriff's Office, for a contract total not to exceed $80,400, per lowest responsible bid 22-127-SHF. (Sheriff's Office)

B. JPS-P-0033-23 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Monterrey Security Consultants, to provide security services for the DuPage County Campus and to include the DuPage County Health Department, for the period of March 1, 2023 through February 28, 2024, for a contract total not to exceed $1,275,588, per RFP 22-115-OHSEM. (Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management/Campus Security)

C. JPS-P-0034-23 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Insight Public Sector, Inc., for the purchase of Fortinet equipment and support, for the Sheriff's Office, for a contract total amount not to exceed $133,238.32, per quote #0225788521, per Cooperative Purchasing Agreement Pricing, in compliance with 30 ILCS 525/2 "Governmental Joint Purchasing Act". 7. RESOLUTIONS

A. FI-R-0028-23 RESOLUTION -- Acceptance and Appropriation of the Illinois State Opioid Response Criminal Justice Medication Assisted Treatment Integration FY23 - MOU Number 2023-03 - Company 1000 - Accounting Unit 4410 - $50,000. (Sheriff's Office)

8. BUDGET TRANSFERS

A. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 5910-53400 (rental of office space) to account no. 5910-52210 (food and beverages) in the amount of $1,710 for the following reason: There was a 20% increase in the cost of jury summons and a 24% increase in the cost of envelopes, which were covered by the Food and Beverage budget in June 2022. This left the Food and Beverage budget short. There was not a jury situation that required rental of space for jury sequestration, so the request is to use the funds to cover the Food and Beverage shortfall. (Jury Commission)

9. CHANGE ORDERS

A. JPS-CO-0002-23 Amendment to Purchase Order 2846-0001 SERV, issued to Journal Technologies, Inc., for software license and maintenance, for the Public Defender’s Office, to increase the amount of the contract by $8,375, for a new contract total of $756,075, an increase of 1.12%.
