1. 2022-83 Agreement between the County of DuPage and Accela, Inc., for annual subscription services for software integration between Accela On-line Permitting Software and Bluebeam Plan Review Software, for the period December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2023, for Building & Zoning ($7,087.50), Stormwater Management ($7,087.50), Division of Transportation ($7,087.50) and Public Works ($7,087.50), for a contract total amount not to exceed $28,350; per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022(d) IT/Telecom Purchases Under $35,000.
7. BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS
A. Budget Transfers -- Budget Transfer of $250,000 from 3500-53828 (CONTINGENCIES) to 3520-52260 (FUEL & LUBRICANTS); Additional funds needed to cover increase of gas prices for the remainder of FY2022.
8. PROCUREMENT REQUISITIONS
A. DT-P-0277-22 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Graef-USA, Inc., for Professional Surveying Services, upon request of the Division of Transportation ($80,000), Facilities Management ($7,500), and Public Works ($12,500), Section 22- RSURV-07-EG, for a contract total not to exceed $100,000; Professional Services (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors) vetted through a qualification-based selection process in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/et seq.
B. 2022-84 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Priority Products, Inc., to furnish and deliver Weatherhead Hydraulic Fittings, Hoses and Connectors, as needed for the Division of Transportation for the period November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2023, for a contract total not to exceed $29,900; per renewal option under bid award 19- 108-DOT, third and final renewal.

A. DT-R-0396-22 RESOLUTION -- DuPage County Fair Share Impact Fee Individual Assessment Agreement with Pritzker Realty Group (805B Discovery Lane, West Chicago).

Amendment -- DT-R-0382A-22– Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0382-22 issued to R.W. Dunteman Company, on behalf of the Milton Township Road District, for the Lambert Road Project, Section 22-05000-03-GM; Correction of Project Section Number.
