Hanover Park, IL- Today, Jennifer Sanalitro, candidate for State Representative in the 48th House District, announced endorsements from numerous DuPage County leaders and elected officials.
“Jen will be a change-maker in Springfield from moment one,” said DuPage County Sheriff James Mendrick. “She backs law enforcement and will fight to restore public safety in Illinois, she is an engaged parent and community leader, and Jen will be very easy for all of us to work with as we serve DuPage county residents in elected office.”
Jennifer is running to cut taxes, improve the climate for employers in Illinois, and foster safe and affordable communities for families.
Bloomingdale Mayor Franco Coladipietro described, “Jen Sanalitro is exactly who we need representing us in Springfield. She is genuine in her concern, passionate in her efforts, and compassionate in her outlook for a better future. She will help deliver for safe and affordable communities DuPage taxpayers deserve.”

For the past six years, Jennifer has worked as a sales executive for a packaging company, which provided the flexibility to balance between work and raising a family. Previously, she worked as a district sales manager traveling along the west coast, opening new locations, recruiting, hiring, and training staff. Like many moms, Jennifer could be found volunteering at her children's school over the years. Believing in the importance of early childhood development, she started volunteering at her child's elementary school by reading books to the class and helping those struggling to read. Jennifer resides in Hanover Park with her husband of twenty years, Bobby, who operates his own business. They have two children, Alyssa and Johnny, and Lucy, their puppy.
