1. CALL TO ORDER
11:00 AM meeting was called to order by Lombard Community Dev Director William Heniff at 11:03 AM.

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The Minutes of April 5, 2022 were approved.

A. Action Item -- Recommendation for Approval of Early Release of two Liens on the Property located at 1579 Floyd Brown Lane, Glendale Heights, IL, for Project HM92- 03b, Bridge Communities.
McDermott explained a nonprofit provider requested an early release of liens. The Federal compliance period has been met and now it is within the County required period. Since the Federal requirement has been met there is no liability against the County. The release of liens provides the nonprofit more flexibility to do the rehabilitation to the property.
There were no questions.
On a Voice Vote, all Ayes, the Motion was approved.
