"NEWS: A 2019 study found that 10% of students in K-12 are subject to sexual abuse or misconduct by school employees. The rate is even higher for female and low-income students.
Thats why today, @RepLouisFrankel and I are introducing the Stop Sexual Harassment in K-12 Act."
