On March 18, David Posegay and Michael Mayberry purchased a home at 665 Prairie Ave., Glen Ellyn from Gayle Posegay for $290,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,125.64, 2.46% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 27 sales so far in Glen Ellyn in March 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Gayle Posegay has been registered to vote since 1963 and has voted in at least 12 primary elections, records show, including 12 Republican Primaries. David J Posegay has been registered to vote since 2007.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
