On March 18, Michael P. Wood and Kristin E Lavelle purchased a home at 1616 Trent Ave., Naperville from Edward G. Katzenbach (trust) for $516,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $9,326.54, 1.81% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 53 properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Edward G. Katzenbach has been registered to vote since 1988 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1616 Trent Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Edward G. Katzenbach, 68, and Susan D. Katzenbach, 67.
