The home at 418 Indianapolis Ave., Downers Grove was sold on March 22 by David A. Tate for $307,500. The buyers were Robert Petersen and Alejandra Tovar Carrasco.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,191.08, 1.69% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 59 properties sold in Downers Grove.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, David A. Tate has been registered to vote since 1984 and has voted in at least 13 primary elections, records show, including nine Democratic Primaries and four Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 418 Indianapolis Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Victoria Tate, 61, and David A. Tate, 61.
