On March 2, Adn Juannatu Spencer purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 341 Killdeer Road, Bloomingdale from Brian Roden for $575,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $11,929.62, 2.07% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 9, 2015 for $372,500.

So far in March 2022, two properties sold in Bloomingdale.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Brian Hugh Roden has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 341 Killdeer Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brian Hugh Roden, 49, and Heather Roden, 49.
