The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $13,327.30, 1.2% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 30, 2012. It last sold for $1,025,000.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in Oak Brook as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Natalie Giudice, 51, was the only registered voter residing at 225 Woodglen Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020.
