On March 3, Jose Carmona and Angelica Sandoval purchased a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 3043 Quincy Court, Aurora from Vrmtg Asset (trust) for $260,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $6,130.20. This is 2.36% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Jan. 23, 2009 for $199,900.

So far in March 2022, five properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were four registered voters residing at 3043 Quincy Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christina Bowman, 25, Loyd Bowman, 50, Heidi Lynn Bowman, 51, and Monica Bowman, 23.
