On March 3, Nicholas Del Carlo purchased a home at 6318 Martin Drive, Willowbrook from Nicholas R. Del Carlo for $705,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $9,809.86, which is 1.39% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in Willowbrook as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Nicholas R. Del Carlo has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 6318 Martin Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brian P. Del Carlo, 52, Kathleen C Del Carlo, 77, Danielle K. Del Carlo, 49, and Nicholas R. Del Carlo, 44.
