6. PROCUREMENT REQUISITIONS

A. JPS-P-0092-22 Recommendation for the approval for a contract purchase order to Flock Safety for the purchase, lease, installation, support, and training for hardware/software (35 cameras) to facilitate automatic license plate detection throughout DuPage County, for the period March 22, 2022 through March 21, 2025, for a contract total not to exceed $262,500. (Sheriff's Office)

B. JPS-P-0093-22 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Trinity Services Group, Inc. to provide inmate and officer meals at the DuPage County Jail. This contract covers the period of May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023 for a contract total not to exceed $584,182.50. Per most qualified offer per Proposal 19-009-SHF-Managed Food Service for the DuPage County Jail. (Sheriff's Office)

A. FI-R-0126-22 RESOLUTION -- Additional Appropriation for the Neutral Site Custody Exchange Fund, Company 1400, Accounting Unit 5920, $47,370.

B. JPS-R-0127-22 RESOLUTION -- Intergovernmental Agreement with York Township for Police Services for a total amount of $130,678.63, for the period April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023. (Sheriff's Office)

C. JPS-R-0128-22 RESOLUTION -- Intergovernmental Agreement with Wayne Township for Police Services for a total amount of $130,678.63, for the period April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023. (Sheriff's Office)

D. JPS-R-0129-22 RESOLUTION -- Intergovernmental Agreement with Bloomingdale Township for Police Services for a total amount of $130,678.63, for the period April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023. (Sheriff's Office)

E. JPS-R-0130-22 RESOLUTION -- Intergovernmental Agreement with Milton Township for Police Services for a total amount of $392,035.90, for the period April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023. (Sheriff's Office)

8. BUDGET TRANSFERS

A. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 4490-53828 (contingencies) to account no. 4490-54120 (automotive equipment) in the amount of $15,000. FY2022 - In Special Revenue Fund, transfer from contingencies for purchase of seized vehicle which has become available and deemed suitable for use. Expenditure meets requirements for appropriate disbursement of these Federal Equitable Sharing Funds. (Sheriff's Office)

B. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 5940-51010 (employer share I.M.R.F.) to account nos. 5940-53806 (software licenses) and 5940-53807 (software maintenance agreements) in the amount of $1,330 to cover Adobe/Network/ERP charges for FY2022. (Probation & Court Services)

C. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 5960-50000 (regular salaries) to 5960-52200 (operating supplies & materials) in the amount of $170 to cover charges from FY2021 related to invoice number 4805387800 for $823. (Law Library)

9. CHANGE ORDERS

A. Change Order -- Recommendation for the approval of an amendment to Resolution JPS P-0010-20 for a change order amending purchase order 4319-0001, for a contract issued to Allied Universal Security Services, to provide security services for the Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (OHSEM), to increase the contract in the amount of $75,819.85, resulting in an amended contract total amount not to exceed $2,769,721.45, an increase of 2.81%.
