On Feb. 16, Joseph D. and Daniel Martinelli purchased a home at 5400 S. Walnut Ave., Downers Grove from Bergen (trust) for $141,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,213.42, 1.57% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 29, 2008. It last sold for $137,000.

So far in February 2022, 41 properties sold in Downers Grove.
