The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 38 Arboretum Drive, Lombard was sold on Feb. 16 by ALA a Meriden for $253,000. The buyers were Samir Halool and Marwa Alharash.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,797.90, 2.69% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $155,000 on Oct. 8, 2013.

This property is one of 39 sales so far in Lombard in February 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 38 Arboretum Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: ALA Aldin Meriden, 38, and Qamar Bizreh, 33.
