On Feb. 22, Levin (trust) sold their home at 1912 Glencoe St., Wheaton to Milan and Tanja Tarbuck for $420,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,599.34, 2.05% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $380,000 on July 6, 2005.

So far in February 2022, 54 properties sold in Wheaton.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Debra R. Levin, 69, was the only registered voter residing at 1912 Glencoe St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
