The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,303.74, 1.66% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold for $259,000 on Nov. 30, 2018.

So far in February 2022, 20 properties sold in Westmont.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kathleen E. Phillips, 62, was the only registered voter residing at 37 E. Chicago Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
