On Feb. 25, Peter and Yolanda Smalls purchased a four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 140 E. Armitage Ave., Glendale Heights from Harrod (trust) for $330,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $5,291.56, which is 1.6% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on March 18, 2015 for $145,000.

So far in February 2022, 30 properties sold in Glendale Heights.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 140 E. Armitage Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Robert a Sandoval, 46, Richard W. Harrod, 75, and Joe a Sandoval, 73.
