On Feb. 28, Tyler E. and Maressa Rose Melby purchased a home at 244 Oakland Grove Ave., Elmhurst from Brian A. Breckley for $349,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,249.08, 2.08% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 19, 2018 for $294,000.

So far in February 2022, 45 properties sold in Elmhurst.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, B. A. Breckley has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 244 Oakland Grove Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elisabeth S. Breckley, 32, Jan E. Begley, 67, Travis P. Begley, 36, and B. A. Breckley, 36.
