On Feb. 15, William Williams IV and Mary K. Williams purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 109 N. Laird St., Naperville from Michael Schafer for $1,000,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $20,406.34, 2.04% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Feb. 23, 2017. It last sold for $275,000.

So far in February 2022, 60 properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jennie Sarah Mathews, 70, was the only registered voter residing at 109 N. Laird St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
