The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $18,542.56, 2.06% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 10, 2013 for $720,000.

This property is one of 48 sales so far in Aurora in February 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were four registered voters residing at 1159 Sandstone Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Robert Tippin, Robert D Lowrie, 76, Jeffrey T. Lowrie, 46, and Robert Tippin, 60.
