February 22 Driving While License Revoked At 10:40 a.m. an officer in the area of Cass Avenue at 75 Street observed trucks with no safety test stickers. A vehicle was stopped and the driver, Pedro Abarca Morales, 47, of 2012 Ogden Avenue, Lisle was cited for driving while license revoked and no safety test. Abarca Morales was given a court date of April 21, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Driving While License Revoked At 12:58 p.m. an officer in the area of Cass Avenue at Hinswood Drive observed a vehicle speeding. Radar confirmed a speed of 61 mph in a 40 mph zone. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Daniel Ortiz, 56, of 2451 S. Trumbull Avenue, Chicago was cited for driving while license revoked and speeding. Ortiz was given a court date of April 21, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Driving While License Suspended At 1:19 p.m. an officer observed a vehicle speeding. Radar confirmed a speed of 65 mph in a 40 mph zone. The driver was stopped and the driver, Maqueeda Taylor, 29, of 2611 W. 62 Street Chicago was cited for driving while license suspended and speeding. Taylor was given a court date of March 24, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

February 23 Driving While License Revoked At 12:27 p.m. officers observed a vehicle with tinted windows darker than the limit. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Antwonn McGee, 29, of 3905 Tower Drive Richton Park was charged with driving while license revoked, cited for tinted windows and possession of cannabis by a driver. McGee was given a court date of April 14, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by Driver th At 3:52 p.m. an officer in the 2100 block of 75 Street observed a vehicle with no front registration plate. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Andrew Knight, 19, of 7310 Bayberry Lane Darien was cited for unlawful possession of cannabis by driver and no front registration. Knight was given a court date of April 28, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

February 25 Driving While License Suspended At 2:21 p.m. an officer observed a vehicle speeding northbound on Lemont Road. Radar confirmed a speed of 56 mph in a 40 mph zone. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Oscar Gonzales-Gonzales was cited for driving while license suspended and speeding. Gonzales-

February 26 Warrant Service At 12:45 p.m. an officer observed a vehicle in the 8200 block of Lemont Road with dark tinted

license plate covers. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Yuri Maln, 60, of 545 Old Stone Road, Bolingbrook was arrested for an active failure to appear warrant out of Will county. Maln was given a court date of March, 28 2022 at Will County Courthouse.

Warrant Service

At 6:53 p.m. an officer checked the registration of a vehicle and saw that the registration was suspended for insurance. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Agustin Ruiz Sanchez, 44, of 8108 Waterbury Court, Woodridge was arrested for no valid license, and three failure to appear traffic warrants. Two of the warrants were issued by DuPage County and one by Will County. RuizSanchez was givencourtdatesof March 29,2022,March30,2022 at DuPageCountyJudicial Center on the DuPage County warrants. Ruiz Sanchez was given a court date of April 1, 2022 for

February 27 Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by Minor At 2:52a.m. an officer observed a speeding vehicle. Radar confirmed a speed of 54 mph in a 40 mph zone. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Matthew Landin 18, of 4614 Drendel Road, Downers Grove, was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and speeding. Landin was given a court date of April 14, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Driving While License Suspended At 12:01 a.m. an officer observed a driver on a cell phone turning on 75 Street. The driver was stopped and the driver, Gerald Anderson, 41, of 748 73 rd Street, Downers Grove was cited for driving while license suspended, operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic communication device and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Anderson was given a court

date of March 31, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol At 2:23 a.m. an officer was dispatched to a driver asleep at the wheel at 75 Street and Cass

Avethe. The vehicle left before the officer arrived, but the officer located the vehicle easthound 75 Street from Main Street. The officer observed the vehicle in the area of 75 Street and FairviewAvenuehittheleftmedianandweaving. Thevehiclewasstoppedandthedriver,Victoria Brownlee, 36, of 7321 Northgate Way, Downers Grove was arrested for driving under the

influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and operating uninsured motor vehicle. Brownlee was given a court date of April 5, 2022 at DuPage County Judicial Center.
